I updated the list of magical items

It's something I decided to do while waiting for my latest restic backup download to my local drive. Seeing as I was up at an ungodly hour (3:45 am), and having solved some issues with restic and automating the download, I decided to finally update the list as it had been a few months.

I'm also going to have to update my "Getting off of the American Tech Stack" page, as I have a lot of useful additions to write about which have made my tech life much more enjoyable. So, that will be forthcoming in the next few days (I hope).
